Silent Auction Items Needed
Thank you for your interest in helping with our Mutt Masquerade! We are super excited about our inaugural event and the opportunity to build a financial bridge to help MCAC provide the programs and items that are so vitally important.
Our immediate volunteer need is with our silent auction acquisitions. Is that something that you would like to help with over the summer?
We are looking for anything to fill our silent auction - food/restaurant gift cards, jewelry, art, hotel stays, trips, salon/mani/pedis, sports tickets, car wash, dry cleaning etc etc etc..
If you'd like to help - please ask the businesses you frequent for auction item donations. Feel free to use the Auction Item Donation Form (download PDF on the right.) Then, when you have the information completed on the Donation Form, please either email a copy of the completed form to: email@example.com or fill in the online silent auction pledge form - Click HERE. All donations can be dropped of at AARM's office in Tempe, or if need be, arrangements can be made to pick up the items. Our goal is to have over 100 items/baskets to include in the silent auction.
Then, the week before the Mutt Masquerade, we will be putting the baskets together and we would love help with that as well. (This will take place at the AARM office in Tempe) And, then night of, we will need help with the Silent Auction. Our auction is totally online via GiveSmart - there are no paper bids, everything is done on the smartphone or iPad. Our guests will be notified via text if they have been outbid - it is supercool and makes checkout easy too!
